Hiba Hojeij received her Engineering Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer and Telecommunications Engineering from the Lebanese University, Beirut, Lebanon, and her M.S. in Communication and Computer Networks Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy, in 2021. She obtained her Ph.D. in Networks, Information and Communication Sciences from Université Paris-Saclay / CentraleSupélec, France, in October 2025. Her doctoral research, conducted at the Laboratoire des Signaux et Systèmes (L2S) and supervised by Prof. Sahar Hoteit and Prof. Véronique Vèque, focused on optimal placement and association in disaggregated Open RAN architectures.

She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the L2S, Université Paris-Saclay / CentraleSupélec, under the direction of Prof. Salah Elayoubi, Prof. Alexis Aravanis, and Prof. Sahar Hoteit. Her research focuses on robust and AI-native optimization for green 6G and Open RAN networks, with a focus on multi-resource orchestration.
